It depend on which part of CA, if you live at South CA, you can go to Cititale outlet, they have more casual budget wear, my personal favorite place, is Cabazon (maybe incorrect spelling), it is locate off the 10 east freeway close to Palm spring, they have A/X, Gucci,Versage,Levi's and many more, I don't go there often, but when I go to shop at that outlet, I usually spend about 5 hours at that place.
