Tom and Jack have an exclusive agreement that Jack cant sell to someone for less than what Tom is bringing to the table because Tom doesnt want any competitors out there, so he works out this deal with Jack. There are a few sites and sources listed at buy-in-bulk.com, but if you want to set up dropshipping and really get the best prices, you have to approach the companies personally with an agreement like what Tom and Jack have and with a large sum of money to make the first 2 or 3 purchases.
